Saturday 28th August was another great day for SaxPac! We played at Ormskirk MotoFest throughout the day, and we’re thrilled with the reactions we got from the crowds.
For the majority of the day, we played in a central bandstand where lots of people stopped to watch and complimented our playing. We found that the upbeat, popular tunes like Shake it Off and Bohemian Rhapsody went down just as well as the more old-fashioned classics such as Glenn Miller’s In the Mood.
For the later part of the day, we busked in Ormskirk’s village where not only did we receive compliments and details for future bookings… but also a bit of money too!
We can’t wait for our upcoming events which include Charity Balls, Garden Parties and Transport Festivals! The diversity of these events really show that we are a group for any occasion and although we seem to be getting busier and busier, we would be keen to hear from you if you wish to book us for your upcoming event.
