Payment Options
The School offers two options for payment by Direct Debit:
1) One payment per term (i.e. three payments per year) with the full term’s fees due on 1 September, 1 January and 1 May
OR
2) Monthly payments (i.e. twelve payments per year) with fees due on the first day of each month
The School issues termly fee bills in advance of the start of each term. These fee bills include school tuition fees and other extra charges as appropriate such as bus fees, lunch fees and school trips. With the exception of parents who pay for fees in advance, the only acceptable payment method is via Direct Debit.
As per the School’s Terms and Conditions (clause 4.7) in the event of late payment of fees, a penalty fee of 1.5% per month will be charged on a daily basis on fees which remain unpaid.
As the School operates as a charity, the payment of fees via Direct Debit is essential to ensure the School maintains sufficient cashflow, as well as minimising the administration costs which are incurred as a result of chasing the payment of fees.
If you require any further information on the payments of fees, please contact our Fees Officer, Mrs Deana Smith, on 0151 949 9329.
