Reception Taster Sessions 2025

We warmly invite you to Stanfield Preparatory School for our Reception Taster Sessions, taking place throughout January 2025.

If your child is due to begin in Reception in September 2025 this is a great opportunity for them to experience our school and get a taste of what Merchant Taylors’ can offer. Our taster sessions will give your child the chance to explore our classrooms and outstanding facilities, meet our teachers, and engage in fun and educational activities.

Parents and Guardians will have the opportunity to speak with our staff over a tea or coffee and learn more about Stanfield, as well as ask any questions they may have about our happy, caring independent preparatory school.

From their very first day in our dedicated Reception unit, we encourage children to explore with confidence, to be interested in the world around them and not to be afraid of making mistakes.
